Microsoft International Certification for MCSE
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) — international Microsoft certification.
My career has been shaped by environments where messaging, identity, endpoint management and business continuity meet—and where the technical plan has to work in production, not only in PowerPoint.
I work independently as a Microsoft Architect & Senior Consultant, with LCserv as my company platform. This personal site is aimed specifically at staffing agencies, project partners and organizations looking for senior individual expertise.
The project history spans Exchange modernization, Lotus Notes migrations, GroupWise migrations, Microsoft 365 adoption, Active Directory and hybrid identity, endpoint-management platforms, global rollouts and L3 operational support.
I describe my experience through concrete project evidence—roles, scale, technologies, responsibilities and results—rather than arbitrary skill percentages.

I combine hands-on technical depth with clear communication, organization and leadership. I enjoy working with people across technical and business teams, bringing structure to complex situations and staying creative when the standard path does not solve the problem. My focus is always on a reliable result, transparent progress and a project that can be handed over successfully.
