Connected enterprise technology environment
Expertise

Architecture depth with operational reality.

My work sits where enterprise architecture, migration delivery and deep troubleshooting overlap—especially useful when environments are hybrid, inherited, politically complex or already mid-transition.

Microsoft 365 & Exchange

Exchange Online and on-premises, hybrid architecture, tenant and messaging migrations, coexistence, legacy platform retirement, Teams and collaboration services.

Identity & Protection

Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication, directory synchronization, access architecture, trust relationships and security-focused remediation.

Endpoint Management

Microsoft Intune plus deep historical enterprise mobility experience across MobileIron, Workspace ONE, BlackBerry and XenMobile—valuable for legacy migrations.

Migration Recovery & L3

Architecture review, failure analysis, stabilization and recovery of already-running migrations where timelines, reliability and continuity matter.

Assessment & Planning

Current-state discovery, target-state definition, technical concept review, sequencing, dependency analysis, project planning and documentation.

Technical Project Leadership

Hands-on project leadership bridging stakeholders, architecture and engineering rather than separating those responsibilities into disconnected layers.

How I work

Lead when needed. Go deep when required.

Find the real constraints.

Inventory, dependencies, business pressure, technical debt, security requirements and what the current plan may have missed.

Make the target state executable.

Translate architecture into sequencing, coexistence, operational safeguards, rollback thinking and clear ownership.

Stay close to implementation.

Architecture is only useful if it survives contact with the production environment. I remain hands-on when troubleshooting or implementation requires it.

Leave a maintainable environment.

Documentation, decommissioning, operational handover and cleanup are part of the project—not an afterthought.
